Why we use data

To create an account, confirm email or Telegram sign-in, restore access and protect the dashboard.

To match a program, calculate nutrition, unlock workouts, keep statistics and show progress.

To let the coach review questionnaire data, measurements, photo reports and actual exercise performance.

To send service notifications: sign-in codes, workout, meal plan, measurement and photo report reminders, and payment status. Marketing broadcasts can be disabled.

Legal basis

Data is processed to perform the contract with the client, based on consent during registration/questionnaire, for legitimate security and analytics interests, and to meet payment/accounting legal requirements.

For EU clients, GDPR principles apply: transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security and accountability.

Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with hosting, email/SMTP, Telegram Bot API, LiqPay, site analytics services, PROFI FIT coaches and support managers.

Partner fitness clubs see only the information needed for a request or consultation if the client contacts or selects the club.

Storage and security

Data is stored while the account and support are needed, and for periods required for accounting, legal protection and dispute resolution.

We use admin access restrictions, server authorization, code verification, login logs and technical security measures. Clients must protect email/Telegram access and never share codes with third parties.

Client rights

Clients may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data export, broadcast opt-out or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, email info@profi-fit.com. We may ask to verify identity through email, Telegram or account details.

Photos, health and responsibility

Photo reports, body parameters and questionnaire answers are sensitive information. They are used only for client support and are not published without separate consent.

PROFI FIT is not a medical service. In case of illness, injury, pregnancy or doubts about training load, the client should consult a physician before training.
